Mithat Dibra
1945

Born in Shkoder, Albania.

Lives and works in Shkoder.

Degree in Story and Geography, University of Tirana, 1968.

Working as chef director of museums in Shkodra for many years, he has been cooperating to create museums and house-museum in Shkodra city and National Museum in Tirana.

After degree, he has been following different specializations in Albania and Germany.
